Outside this areas ie nakuru,Eld,kisumu etc ,we also offer payment on delivery but we do ask that you pay the parcel fee directly to G4S Till number 206539 prior to us sending your package.The fee is based on the weight or size of the parcel and typically ranges from Ksh 330 to Ksh 700.We will provide you exact amount  required as we check at their price list,while the rest as you collect the parcel from G4S.

We have implemented this policy to prevent situations where customers request payment on delivery(zero upfront payment)but then fail to pick up their packages,resulting in additional costs for us to return the package to Nairobi.We hope you understand the reasoning behind this policy.
